SVP, Retail

Comcast Cable

Doyle brings a vast background to her post at Comcast. In her previous job at Rogers Communications in Canada, she delivered exceptional sales growth for multiple brands across 350 corporate owned stores and a dealer network with more than 1,000 locations. “Being able to influence even the smallest of changes to simplify and improve the working environment for the people in the stores is what has kept me motivated throughout my career,” Doyle says.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is being in the retail stores, where I get to meet the people who serve our customers. I am truly in awe of how they delight customers each and every day through their passion and knowledge.

How do you define success in the workplace?
Success is being able to assist in the development and success of the great individuals I am privileged to work with. Seeing them progress within the team and flourishing to achieve promotion and recognition in their careers is how I measure if I am succeeding.

Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?

I would like to swap jobs with Jessica Ennis, who is an amazing Olympic gold-medal winning heptathlete. It would be incredible to experience how to train and be disciplined as an elite athlete, as I try to run marathons!
