Court TV declared last year’s "Return On Investment" ad project a success, with at least 97% of its ROI schedules meeting or exceeding guarantees, evp Charlie Collier said Tues. Last spring, Court sold ad time to 4 agencies based on viewership guarantees. During the last 3 months of ’05, 95% of Court’s audience stayed through commercial breaks, Collier said. No surprise that the net will continue ROI for another year. — Court plans to premiere at least 9 series in ’06-’07. It also will renew 12 current shows. The slate begins with the premiere of "L.A. Forensics" (Fri), "Video Justice" (Apr 12) and "Haunting Evidence" (June 14). The John Waters-hosted "Til Death Do Us Part" will hit in late fall/early ’07. Among series staying put: "Forensic Files," "Parco, P.I." and "Hot Pursuit." – Cable World’s Simon Applebaum
