SVP, Production, Investigation Discovery, Military Channel, Destination America, Discovery Communications

In the past year Kozak has overseen the creation of more than 800 hours of original content and helped cultivate ID’s core audience. She says the best part of her job is the people she works with. “Not just the production team at Investigation Discovery, Military Channel, and Destination America and our external production partners, but everyone who touches these networks,” she says. “We’re all creative, all passionate, all driven!”

What’s your favorite part of your job?
That’s easy! Working with the best team in global television. Not just the production team at Investigation Discovery, Military Channel, and Destination America and our external production partners, but everyone who touches these networks: we’re all creative, all passionate, all driven!

Best trick for maintaining personal-professional balance?
Remember that you are allowed to watch TV without giving notes on every single show. It drives your spouse/partner insane, and frankly you would not have made "House of Cards" or "Breaking Bad" any better…

Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month?

David Gregory… Please! I long to moderate Meet the Press, and have no problems asking the toughest questions of the country’s leaders. (Is that an odd request for a Brit?)
