This team player defines success in the workplace as “not getting the credit, it’s knowing that it’s a job well done.”
What’s your favorite part of your job?
Working with my team. I found the best and smartest people and empowered them to do what they love to do. It is so rewarding to see that in action every day.
How do you define success in the workplace?
In my specific area, the best success is when our users are finding their work life is much better once the technology change takes place. It’s not getting the credit, it’s knowing that it’s a job well done.
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
I’d like to swap jobs with Nick Cannon. He seems to have so much fun with the contestants on “America’s Got Talent.” He gets to celebrate with them and let them cry on his shoulder when they lose. Also he can wear anything and look stylish and cool.
