She has helped ink deals for “Cougar Town,” “Sullivan & Son,” “Hardcore Pawn” and so much more. Still, if she could try another gig for a month, she’d like to head to HBO and sit at programming chief Michael Lombardo’s desk. “I am star-struck by my sister company and the amazing work they routinely produce,” she says.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Bossing people around. Just kidding. Watching the evolution of young executives from a place of extreme potential to a position of impressive knowledge, poise and success.
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
I’ve come to understand that it is better for me—and ultimately the business—to put away my cell phone when I am living the non-professional part of my life.
 
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
Michael Lombardo, HBO’s president of programming. I am star-struck by my sister company and the amazing work they routinely produce. I think it would be fun to sit in Michael’s chair for a month. Hard, but super fun.
