What’s your favorite part of your job?
Shaping and nurturing the future leadership of our company. This is the gift that keeps on giving and the only way UCI will remain nimble and sharp for years to come.
 
How do you define success?  
By building brand value in everything we do. This means marketing and messaging coherence across the enterprise that results in higher brand equity and absolute clarity on the role each brand plays in the portfolio.
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Living by the tenants of the Serenity Prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
