The NBA’s New Orleans Hornets will have an RSN home in two markets: Cox Sports will air the team’s games in LA and OK. Unable to play in New Orleans, the team will play most of its games in OK City; and 6 games in Baton Rouge. — ESPN’s NBA coverage this season will include former player/coach Paul Silas and former player B.J. Armstrong doing studio duty. Armstrong replaces Mark Jackson, who took off for YES and Silas replaces George Karl, who is coaching again. — Meanwhile, TNT went all out for its NBA coverage with a multi-million dollar set that includes a 360-degree rotating desk, a floor made from the same material as a bowling alley and LCD and plasma screens.
