Name: Henry Ahn
Title:  EVP, TV networks distribution, NBC Universal

Age: 45

Years in Industry: 16

Years left in the industry: “It’s been a great industry for me. Hopefully, I’ll be around for awhile.”

Why Him? Ahn handles all sales and sales support of NBCU’s television content, and his energy and enthusiasm for his job is obvious to anyone who has spent any time with him. Ahn’s also quite the dealmaker, having negotiated pacts with the likes of AT&T, Verizon, Cablevision Mediacom and others. He also works closely with NBCU pres, digital distribution JB Perrette on digital content deals and is now working on bringing an Olympic digital package to the market for the Beijing Olympics. Beyond all of this, Ahn’s infectious personality inspires loyalty among those who know him. One note: If he takes you to dinner, let him pick the wine. He’s quite the connoisseur.  MG
