Former Adelphia vp, finance James Brown testified Wed that former execs, including Tim Rigas and Michael Mulcahey, held Sat meetings after the MSO’s SEC quarterly reports were filed to discuss how to massage the prior quarter’s finances for bank lenders, AP says. While the jury was out, a lawyer for Tim Rigas told the judge govt interviews show Brown destroyed documents while at Adelphia.
