SeaChange International and RGB Networks have integrated the new RGB Dynamic Bandwidth Manager (DBM) with SeaChange’s VOD system. This integration builds on testing that RGB has already conducted with other vendors, and includes set-top boxes, session resource managers and other components in the VOD delivery chain. In other RGB news, RGB and C-COR will jointly demonstrate integrated solutions for both digital advertising insertion and VOD bandwidth optimization at IBC.
