Comcast Interactive Capital and TBS have joined a $8.7mln funding round for Revver, a Hollywood-based company that connects advertisers with user-generated video. Revver said it will use the funding to drive market expansion, staffing and tech development. Earlier investments were led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and joined by Bessemer Venture Partners, Draper Richards and William Randolph Hearst III.
