Cox Communications has been awarded the 2009 North American Broadband Customer Value Leadership Award by Frost & Sullivan. The honor recognizes Cox for providing the most economical and secure packages for high-speed Internet customers.

The Frost & Sullivan Award is based on a number of criteria, including responsiveness to customer needs, enhanced quality and reliability of products and technological innovation and leadership. In recognizing Cox, the firm noted that not only do Cox customers have a wide variety of speeds to choose from; they also get access to value-added features such as the free Cox Security Suite powered by McAfee.
