And that number, which includes consumer, business and double users, will hit 100% by ’13. As increased data use will spur a 3% annual growth rate in cell phone subs over the next decade, industry ARPU is expected to expand at an inflation-paced compound annual growth rate of 1.5% over the same period, to $61.09.
