Cable ops will reach 60% of US businesses by ’09 and total revenue (commercial data and voice) will grow to $10.7bln by ’09, says a Kagan research study. The study also predicts that total revenue for electronic transactions for gaming, TV commerce and interactive advertising will reach $2.4bln by ’09. These same services are expected to generate $780mln in operator revenue by ’09.
