O’Sullivan Schulte continues to lead as Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic advances as a multiplatform regional sports media organization. She recently expanded the network’s relationship with D.C. United (MLS), creating a long-term media rights partnership. In addition, she oversaw the launch of dynamic original programming, including “Table Manners With the Junkies” and “The Baseball Show.” Under her guidance, the network claimed six regional Emmy Awards and set several ratings records this year. “I enjoy getting to be a part of the passion and excitement that viewers feel for our teams and athletes,” she says.

How do you define success in the workplace?
Every situation is different, but when something has been improved, or if a problem has been solved, it should be considered a success.
 
What’s the best trick for maintaining the person-professional life balance?

Like anything else in life, you have to prioritize and set goals. Of course, it’s easier said than done.
