RCN Boston has expanded its coverage area in the neighborhoods of Allston, Brighton, Dorchester, Hyde Park, South Boston and West Roxbury. More than 7,000 additional homes are now able to access RCN’s network.

In 1996, RCN entered the Boston region to provide cable television. Since that time, RCN has added products and services such as HDTV and high-speed Internet.
