Seasoned HR professional Valentin is responsible for enterprise-wide talent acquisition operations and strategy for Comcast’s cable division, soup to nuts. This past year he worked on the successful launch of Comcast’s new corporate careers web site, as well as a widely popular recruitment microsite specifically for veterans. “Our ability to hire quality talent faster is a critical business enabler, whether in our sales force or increasingly dynamic technology teams,” Valentin says.
