CNN averaged 1.5mln viewers, and MSNBC, which broke the speech out from 8-8:45pm, garnered 834K. — Weekly Race: The NBA once again put TNT in the top prime spot, securing a 2.7 HH rating/2.38mln HH delivery last week. TNT’s Lakers-Timberwolves games Sun and Fri and Wed’s Kings-Timberwolves game ranked as the week’s 3 highest-rated programs (6.4/5.66mln, 5.6/4.9mln and 5.4/4.75mln, respectively). The Fri game outdelivered all ad-supported cable and broadcast programs for the night among adults 18-34, men 18-34 and men 18-49, while the Sun game set a cable NBA Playoff record in delivery of adults 25-54 and delivered more men 25-54 than any ad-supported cable or broadcast program that night. Rounding out the week’s top 5 nets in prime were Nick (2.1/1.87mln), ESPN (1.9/1.68mln-thanks also to NBA coverage), USA (1.8/1.6mln) and Nick at Nite (1.7/1.46mln). Brag Book: Comedy Central scored its 2nd most-watched day ever in full day and prime Sun. The premiere of stand-up special "Larry The Cable Guy: Git-R-Done" notched 2.8mln viewers and "Jeff Foxworthy: Totally Committed" drew 1.5mln. Larry was the 3rd most-watched program in cable in its 8:30-10pm timeslot. — Cartoon’s "Adult Swim" block set a record for largest adults 18-24 delivery for a single telecast, with Wed’s "Family Guy" episode drawing 708K 18-24s.
