Montreal-based Radialpoint announced its acquisition of Casero, a provider of online backup and media sharing solutions for Internet service providers (ISPs.) The Radialpoint announcement stated that BT, Comcast, Cox Communications, Bell Canada and Sky are among the telecommunications and cable service providers who have "proven" Casero’s backup and sharing technology. Casero’s competitors in this space include Symantec and EMC. Radialpoint’s digital home services offerings include security, data management and premium support.
