Pulse-LINK says it will showcase all four “flavors” of its CWave high definition home networking solutions at the 2008 CES. Demonstrations of wireless HDMI, HDMI-over-coax, ethernet-over-coax, and 1394-over-coax products, using Pulse-LINK’s CWave UWB chipset, will take place at the Pulse-LINK booth located in the South Hall 2- #25559. Pulse-LINK’s CWave Wireless HDMI solution is designed to enable the placement of an HDTV anywhere in the room and reduces the “rat’s nest” of connector wires behind entertainment systems, while establishing a secure wireless connection between the HDTV display and multiple entertainment source devices such as video game consoles, DVRs, Blu-ray DVD and HD DVD players. CWave UWB-over-coax solutions for HDMI, ethernet and 1394 connectivity allow content stored on a device in the home to be networked to an HDTV in the home across the existing in-home coax cabling.
