SVP, Marketing

Oxygen Media

Lauded for her creative thinking, Vohra shapes Oxygen’s consumer marketing and ad sales marketing group. The end goal? Growing audience across all platforms and driving ad sales. During the last 12 months, she has spearheaded a number of marketing efforts aligning various consumer brands with modeling competition series “The Face” and docu-series “I’m Having Their Baby,” featuring a viral video showcasing the many faces of motherhood. Upcoming programming that will get the Vohra touch include second seasons of “I’m Having Their Baby” and “The Face,” plus “My Big Fat Revenge.”

What’s your favorite part of your job?
There are two parts to this answer: 1) working with fantastic teams—they keep me young and refreshed every day with their passion and ideas. And 2) having the ability and permission to experiment, to innovate, to take risks (sometimes successfully and sometimes not).

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Have a child! It ensures you have to leave work at some point and can have some semblance of nights and weekends.

Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
Senior management folks at Netflix. They are changing our world!
