HRTV is redesigning its graphics package for a better look and to improve information delivery to viewers. Debuting Dec 26, the package will increase the video display by 40%, include odds displays for up to 2 races, provide more timely results and pave the way for interactive wagering. — New Tang Dynasty TV’s ’06 "Global Gala" special runs on Chinese/Lunar New Year’s Eve (Jan 28). New Tang is carried on systems in 16 US cities, including NY (Time Warner Cable), LA, DC and SF. — MTV2 will run a $2 bill concert featuring System of a Down (Fri, 8pm) and online on MTV Overdrive and MTV2.com beforehand. — Bravo green lighted 6 additional eps of "Outrageous and Contagious: Viral Videos" (Jan ’06). – NFL Net lacks the Super Bowl, but it will carry live every press conference (including Commissioner Tagliabue’s) before the big game, plus a 5-hr pre-game show live that Sun.
