AL State takes on Southern in a rematch of last year’s SWAC championship. — Q TV launches in Time Warner Cable’s Rochester and Syracuse, NY, divisions tomorrow. — ESPN2 enters puberty tomorrow, celebrating its 12th b-day. The net will run its 1st movie "Four Minutes," the story of Roger Bannister’s sub 4-min-mile (Thurs, 7pm ET).
