Meanwhile, CBS picked up "Listen Up," in which Jason Alexander plays a character based on ESPN’sTony Kornheiser. (Shirley Brady) — Don’t look for BBC America’s "The Office" at the Emmys. The show is one episode short for consideration (one of its Season 2 episodes was submitted for an Intl Emmy and can’t be entered again), Variety says. — Sundance Channel surpassed 20mln subs, becoming the 3rd premium cable net to hit that milestone. The net recently inked a deal with Cablevision [CVC]. — TBS coverage Tues of Randy Johnson’s perfect game vs the Braves was the 1st nationally televised perfecto. Ratings nearly doubled TBS’ seasonal avg toward the end of the game (9:45pm -10pm). — ESPN programming chief Mark Shapiro is having an office created for him so he can oversee the net’s 25th anniv celebration. Based on tonight’s "25 Years of Sailing" (ESPN Classic, 9pm PT), he can relax. We have no interest in sailing, but this beautifully shot program captivated us.
