Microsoft and NBCU are in talks that could grant the Peacock full custody of MSNBC. According to the NY Post, both sides are working toward a deal that would find NBCU taking over Microsoft’s stake, while Redmond would continue to enjoy access to some of NBC’s content for use in its portal. — HRTV picked up the rights to Sat’s $1mln Santa Anita Handicap.
