The 6-yr, $4.6bln TV pacts expire after the 07-08 season. TNT’s share is $2.2bln. — In other Stern news, word is that the SEC is investigating insider trading of Sirius shares on news of Howard Stern’s signing with the satellite radio co; shares rose 16% Oct 6, the day Stern said he’d move to Sirius.
