— CLEAR Professional, a three-pronged 4G wireless broadband service for small and midsized businesses as well as enterprise branch locations, will be offered by Clearwire Corp., starting March 18 and aimed at providing options of primary and backup Internet service to help ensure connectivity for mission-critical applications. The three tiers include: CLEAR Professional – Broadband Internet (primary Internet) priced at $30 to $120 per month; CLEAR Professional – Backup Internet ($24 to $45 per month); and CLEAR Professional – Broadband + Backup Internet for those businesses that rely on their primary Internet service for voice or multiple static IP addresses, but that need faster Internet access ($45 to $115 per month).

— The Ixia Anue GTP Session Controller “unlocks” scalability of and visibility into 4G LTE networks by providing GTP-session awareness; a scalable load-balancing solution; and carrier-grade robustness Ixia says is NEBS Level 1 certified, including such features as redundant management ports, power supplies and fan trays.
