Prepaid Canada Carrier Taps Scorecard For Subscriber Solutions

Scorecard Systems, which markets reporting and analysis solutions to telecom companies, deployed its Subscriber Analysis Application and Commission Manager solutions at Mobilicity, Canada’s 3.5G mobile operator, which recently confirmed it will expand into Vancouver, Edmonton and Ottawa this month.

Scorecard’s literature says its Subscriber Analysis Application helps ensure "one version of the truth" across departments, provides precision around churn and acquisition reporting, and allows deeper levels of understanding about customers’ behavior patterns throughout their lifecycle. The Commission Manager aims at accuracy around partner payments, increases flexibility in defining plans, and significantly decreases the time spent in generating commissions and dealing with dealer queries.

According to Scorecard, its applications have been deployed at dozens of carriers throughout North America and Europe, covering more than 150 million subscribers.
