In a poll of 186 attendees at its HD voice webinar, Global IP Solutions, a vendor of IP-based voice and video processing, found that 57 percent of respondents considered conference calling would benefit the most from HD. A third of respondents thought HD voice quality would benefit overall productivity in the workplace. Eleven percent of respondents said they use HD voice service "all the time or whenever they can," 30 percent reported having used it once or twice, while 47 percent of respondents had yet to experience an HD phone call.
