Houston police Thurs arrested a cable tech accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in her home during a service call. The 26-year-old suspect works for Instant Communications, a subcontractor for Time Warner Cable. "We hold our contractors to the same high standards of personal conduct to which we hold our employees," read Time Warner’s statement. "We are, of course, concerned by the allegation, and will be keenly interested in the results of the police investigation." — Starz is offering a $10K reward for information leading to the arrest and filing of charges in the death of Daniel Kubiak, a former business development analyst at the company. The reward was offered as an incentive for any possible witnesses to come forward with information about the hit and run driver that killed Travis last month as he was walking in Denver.
