Charter will begin offering VoIP in Madison, WI, beginning Tues as it transitions to all-digital. The MSO began offering phone in some Madison ‘burbs last fall, putting the finishing touches on a triple play of video, voice and data that could go for as little as $99/month. While Charter won’t confirm the all-digital transition in Madison, area subs report the switch was thrown early this month. Charter’s Long Beach, CA, system hosts the MSO’s 1st all-digital network.
