Comcast Corporation: Ryan Wallach joins the MSO’s Washington, D.C., office as senior deputy general counsel, with Madura Wijewardena on board as senior director/Public Policy. Wallach will handle legal analysis and advocacy regarding regulatory and litigation matters, while Wijewardena will identify and analyze emerging public-policy issues. Wallach recently served as special counsel at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP, and Wijewardena was director/Research & Policy at the National Urban League.
