Charter Communications: Alexander Dudley will join the MSO on March 18 as senior vice president/Communications, while Richard Dykhouse moves up to executive vice president/general counsel/corporate secretary. Dudley, who had been group vice president/Public Relations at Time Warner Cable, will oversee strategic communications and community relations, including maintaining relationships with national, local and trade media. Dykhouse will continue to oversee all legal operations for the company.
 
Qualcomm: Laurie Yoler, a former partner and managing director at Silicon Valley-based investment bank GrowthPoint Technology Partners, is the new senior vice president/Business Development at Qualcomm Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm. In this role, Yoler will be responsible for augmenting existing business relationships in Silicon Valley as well as for developing new strategic business opportunities for Qualcomm in the region.
