Charter Communications Inc.: Two Wall Street execs have joined Charter’s management team. Charles Fisher, previously a senior managing director with Guggenheim Securities LLC, comes aboard as senior vice president/Corporate Finance as of Feb. 11. Stefan Anninger will be the new vice president/Investor Relations; he joins Charter from Credit Suisse, where he was a vice president/senior equity analyst covering U.S. telecom and cable & satellite TV, including Charter.
