Panasonic Corporation of North America: Michael Moskowitz will be promoted to president of subsidiary Panasonic Canada Inc., on April 1. He replaces the retiring Ian Vatcher. Moskowitz currently is executive vice president, leading the consumer and business divisions, including sales, marketing, supply chain and customer care. Prior to joining the company in August 2011, he was president/CEO at satellite radio operator XM Canada.
 
Lemko Corporation: Norman Fekrat joins the provider of DiMoWiNe (Distributed Mobile Wireless Network) products as chief strategy & revenue officer. He had been a vice president and partner at IBM Global Services, responsible for Telecom Networks Solutions. He also was a partner at Accenture LLP, where he led the NA Network Solutions Practice.
