Vincent J. DiBiase now is president of Colo.-based Jones/NCTI, replacing Timothy Burke, who served as president since 2011 and is now acting president of Jones International University. DiBiase had been senior vice president/Sales at the company, and he will continue tol oversee its sales initiatives while fostering relationships with key industry partners and exploring other vertical markets…Mark E. Jagiela will become president at Teradyne, effective Jan. 1, 2013, while Mike Bradley remains as CEO. Jagiela joined the company in 1982 as a design engineer in its semiconductor test unit; since 2003, he’s been president of the Semiconductor Test Division.
