Dialogic’s Board of Directors appointed current President/COO Kevin Cook as president/CEO. Former CEO Nick Jensen resigned yesterday but remains as a member of the Dialogic board and will assume the role of non-executive vice chairman. Patrick S. Jones, recently named to the board, was elected to succeed Jensen as the new non-executive chairman; Jones most recently was senior vice president/CFO at Gemalto International S.A.
