Pullen leaves behind a wife and two children…Paul Carmody is the new CMO at Cbeyond Inc., charged with driving the company’s strategy to offer businesses a personalized path to the latest technology using its network and the cloud as the framework. Carmody comes over from cloud company Internap.

JD Power’s 2026 U.S. Television Service Provider Satisfaction Study shows how MVPDs are continuing to make headway in customer satisfaction. This year’s study, covering August 2025 through July, saw cable and satellite raise their score by 18 points YOY to a segment average of 549 (on 1,000-point scale).
