Hendricks, who relinquished his CEO title in June, intends to continue to act as an informal adviser to TiVo. — G4TechTV svp programming/production Vinnie Longobardo is leaving to start his own production and consulting company. The video/tech net is on board as his 1st client. — Former Viacom Cable pres/CEO John Goddard has joined Cedar Point’s board. — Charter upped Pragash Pillai to vp, advanced engineering. — MTV vet Carol Eng was named svp, programming and development for MTV2. — Dan Martinsen was elevated to evp, corp comm for Nick, Nick at Nite, TV Land and Spike TV.
