McGrath recently stood before the House to testify on analog-to-digital converters during the DTV transition, estimating that such a box would cost about $67 in ’07. — Discovery chmn John Hendricks resigned from TiVo’s board last week as part of his decision to step back from daily business and board activities, according to an SEC filing.
