Faxie winner Peter Kiley was promoted to vp, aff rel, and Joanne Wheeler was named vp, education relations. — Eric Thorkilsen joins Scripps Nets as svp, business development Jan 17. — A&E Nets heralded the creation of 3 ad sales teams, hiring Peter Olsen as svp of ad sales for the flagship net and Biography Channel and shifting vp of ad sales Brian Granath to direct sales for History Channel, History Intl and History Channel en Espanol. Meanwhile, as vp of sales strategy & dev, Robert Edney will spearhead initiatives involving interactive media, online sales and VOD across all nets.
