Viacom is promoting CMT with the Whizmark, an "interactive urinal communicator" that lights up and ‘talks’ whenever, um, it gets wet. While we’re not sure about the efficacy of inviting people to treat one’s brand with such disdain, CMT honchos say they’re just having (sorry) a wee bit of fun. "We see this as unapologetic and good-humored," says James Hitchcock, vp for marketing at the country music net. "It has this wink-and-smile mentality to it."
