PCT International unveiled a patent-pending “Span-Flex” design at last week’s Cable-Tec Expo. The design is intended to simplify installation, increase network integrity and service quality and extend its service life. The cable incorporates a new foil design and is designed to maintain the physical profile and ease of installation of smaller diameter cables, while providing the protection against noise and signal loss that characterize larger cable. It is available in standard, tri-shield and quad-shield configurations.
