Group VP/Chief Learning Officer
Time Warner Cable
We aren’t the only one to recognize Crull’s talents. CLO Media made her the 2012 CLO of the Year. She is the driving force behind helping executive leadership build and implement a plan for talent development. “Our work in learning, organization design and inclusion can impact the course Time Warner Cable takes and, at the same time, can profoundly impact individuals—both internally and externally,” she says.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
Our work in learning, organization design and inclusion can impact the course Time Warner Cable (TWC) takes and, at the same time, can profoundly impact individuals—both internally and externally. The rewards are one person at a time, enterprise wide.
How do you define success in the workplace?
Success is improving the Time Warner Cable brand experience for our employees and customers.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Accept that balance is a myth! Sometimes one takes precedence over the other; however, having said that, I try to always be fully present. Carol Bartz explained it best for me, “Don’t be half anywhere… wherever you are, be there.”
