Dust off your boots for Outdoor Channel’s party tomorrow night featuring country star Blake Shelton ("Some Beach" is our fave), a mechanical bull, swing dancers and plenty o’ grub. The party starts at 9 (Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing). — Despite what Char says, CTAM Summit’s known for serious partying. Among the revelry tonight is Disney/ESPN’s Philadelphia Freedom soiree (Electric Factory, 431 N 7th St, 9pm, with shuttles from several downtown hotels), featuring live music and specialty drinks like ESPN HD/ESPN 2 HD’s ‘Clearly the Best Martini’ and ‘Hi-Def Highball’ and Soap Net’s ‘Playing Dirty Martini.’ — Comcast’s networks (E!, Style, Golf, OLN, AZN, G4, Sprout and TV One) host a session of cocktails and conversation tonight (Ritz Carlton, Philadelphia, 6-9).
