Director, Education and Certification, SCTE

Nobles has extended SCTE training to community colleges and trade schools, using SCTE’s Broadband Premises Installation and Service guidebook as the textbook for a broadband cable class. A published author in various cable trades, Nobles is decidedly passionate about technical training and operations. But her favorite part of the job is customer service, which she defines as the ability to “totally understand what the customer wants and needs and being able to provide it.”

How do you define success in the workplace?
