Tomorrow’s back-to-back Sen Commerce DTV hearings will feature many of the usual suspects. NAB’s Fast Eddie Fritts will testify at 10am (previous hearings have featured other NAB reps instead of the big cheese). He’ll be joined by NCTA’s Kyle McSlarrow, ACA/Sunflower Broadband’s Patrick Knorr and DirecTV evp Richard Slenker. The afternoon panel includes CEA’s Gary Shapiro, Motorola’s Mike Kennedy and, of course, Consumers Union’s Gene Kimmelman.
