A full-size crowd of TV celebs and ad world folks came to TV Guide’s Tues bash in NY, celebrating the magazine’s conversion from digest to full-size. The first converted issue hits newsstands today. As TV Guide Channel interviewed stars outside, net regulars Joan and Melissa Rivers hobnobbed inside. The partygoers included former "Mr. Big" Chris Noth from "Sex In The City," "Entourage" co-star Adrian Grenier (who performed with his pop band The Honey Brothers), and Karen Bryant, who left her co-host gig on Headline News’ "Showbiz Tonight" two weeks ago.-CableWORLD’s Simon Applebaum
