Nice work by Cable in the Classroom to coordinate last night’s Leaders in Learning Awards in DC with today’s NCTA board meeting, assuring that Kyle Mc Slarrow and a bevy of sr cable programmers and operators would witness one of cable’s most worthwhile festivities. More than 300 guests attended the gala at a Smithsonian museum. The winning teachers, administrators and local politicians participated in programs funded by Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Cox, Charter and Cablevision. Among the programmers cited were The History Channel, A&E and The Weather Channel. — CTAM DC-Baltimore presents "It’s the Bundle, Baby!" starring (who else?) Joe Rooney, Wed, 3pm, Annapolis.
