Bd of Ed" at Viacom’s Times Sq office Mon. Among the VIP attendees: MTV pres/COO Mark Rosenthal, Discovery ad chief Joe Abruzzese and Tonya Lewis-Lee (aka Spike’s wife). — Props to Disney, ESPN and cable partners for tackling youth obesity with the multi-pronged ‘Play Your Way’ initiative, which teaches kids 9-14 to improve their health through physical activity. At Baltimore’s ESPN Zone at 5pm tonight, the all-sports net and Comcast hold Play Your Way’s initial "gear drive," where pro athletes extol the virtues of physical activity and collect sports equipment for less fortunate youth. — Happy 1st anniversary today to Marc Juris and the people at Fuse. — CCTA sent retiring honcho Spencer Kaitz off in fine form Mon, with new prez Dennis Mangers leading a parade of well wishers who remembered, remarked and rewarded Spencer and the Kaitz family for years of service.
