Time Warner Cable (TWC) is teaming with American Express to offer card members its SignatureHome Premium View package at a reduced rate.

American Express users now are eligible for “exclusive access to a special, first-year rate of $199.99 a month, with a savings of up to $300 on the all-inclusive package, which includes premium TV, Internet and home-phone service,” the cableco says. After 12 months, the monthly fee may increase. SignatureHome Premium View customers also can call a dedicated specialist day or night, should they ever need help.

As a bonus and to celebrate American Express’ 11th year as the founding partner of the Tribeca Film Festival, the TWC offer also gives card members complimentary access to the Signature View Channel that includes movies from event. The Signature View Channel, available only until March 31, 2013, also features such “extras” as behind-the-scenes content and extra footage of one-on-one interviews with film directors and actors.

This offer is available through Dec. 31 to card members who are new to the SignatureHome Premium View package (and who live in an area where it is offered) and who sign up for TWC recurring bill pay via any American Express credit or charge card. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, directory assistance, operator services and international calls.
